Our History
We believe compassionate care is the cornerstone of our culture. Signature Healthcare Professionals has served our communities for nearly thirty years. Originating in rural Kansas we specialize in rural critical access care, longterm care, surgery centers, and acute care facilities. We have since grown and span our care nationally. We love our communities that we live and work in. We proudly partner with healthcare organizations to still deliver that one-on-one customized care.
Our Leadership
Bernadette Hamilton, CEO
Bernadette Hamilton is an experienced business and healthcare executive who specializes in strategies bringing together process, people, and compassion in the healthcare staffing industry. She a project manager professional, and her 25+ year career extends across business strategies, organizational leadership, operations, sales, strategic development, and has an entrepreneurial approach with her team.
Prior to working with Signature Healthcare Professionals, Ms. Hamilton held a leadership role in the physical therapy industry for nearly thirteen years, she also worked in healthcare staffing leadership, and owned a marketing and public relations firm for ten years serving healthcare clients across the Pacific Northwest.
Bernadette earned her Bachelor's Degree from Gonzaga University, and also earned her Master's in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University of Chicago. She is happily married to her husband Andy, and a proud mother of twin boys who are attending college in Boston, Massachusetts.
