Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a dedication to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing ventilators.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other specialists, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform assessments and interventions to stabilize critically ill patients and prevent complications.
Educate patients and their families about the patient’s condition, treatment plan, and care strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in critical care nursing.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety measures to ensure a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
